Job Description
Experience:
-
Business/Data analyst 3-5 years of experience.
-
Demonstrated experience in applying Continuous Improvement methodologies (such as DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma or similar) to identify business process improvement areas and take action to increase efficiencies.

Develop metrics dashboards to provide ongoing insights and visibility on the progress of projects.
-
Use data analysis to develop what-if scenarios and provide recommendations to steer projects towards success.
-
Experience working in an Agile environment.

Professional Skills:

Capable of creating user stories, write technical specifications and gather business requirements.

Must be able to analyse current business processes, identify areas of improvement and develop action plans/roadmaps.

Experience in developing business value cases that communicate cost savings to the business as well as benefits to employees.

Must have excellent verbal & written communications skills.
Technical Skills:
-
Experience using data analysis/reporting tools such as Excel.
-
Experience developing metrics dashboards to analyse and communicate using Tableau.
-
Experience in connecting analysis/reporting tools to database servers (e.g. Microsoft SQL servers, Oracle DB’s or similar).
-
Some coding experience (e.g. SQL) advantageous.
Core deliverables needed:

Identify Base line metrics for the WebEx Teams campaign

Develop target metrics for success of the campaign
-
Develop a metrics dashboard for Adoption of WebEx Teams, with meaningful metrics
-
Value case creation to show the value of changing the way users work
